These terms govern your use of the Upea Puu online shop, operated by Trissixty. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
Every item is handcrafted from natural wood, so slight variations in grain, colour, and finish are part of each piece's character and not defects.
Orders & payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. A contract is formed once your payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable.
Shipping
EU shipping is 6,90 €. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. Contact hello@trissixty.com to start a return. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
