- Finland 1–3 business days, rest of EU 3–7.
- Small products 6,90 € within Finland and the EU; large design products have their own fixed rates.
- Tracking details arrive by email at dispatch.

- 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Item unused and in original condition.
- Let us know by email before returning.
- Faulty items are replaced under our warranty.
Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
In-stock items leave our workshop within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes about 1–3 business days in Finland and 3–7 business days elsewhere in the EU.
How much is shipping?
Small products ship for a fixed 6,90 € within Finland and the EU. Large design products such as Siro and Sisu have their own fixed rates (Finland 39/49 €, other EU 99/129 €, EFTA 129/159 €). See the Shipping & delivery page.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the product. Email info@upeapuu.fi and we will guide you through the return. The item should be unused and in its original condition.
What if a product is faulty or damaged?
Contact us right away and include a photo. We will replace or refund the item under our warranty terms.
How do I care for a wooden product?
Hand-wash with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry immediately. Never put wooden items in the dishwasher. Oil with food-safe or wood oil every few months.
Can I order a corporate or gift batch?
Yes, we also make custom batches and corporate gifts. Tell us what you need via the form and we will send a quote.
