Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, returning an item is straightforward under the terms below, which follow EU consumer law and Finnish consumer protection legislation.

14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the product. Notify us by email at info@upeapuu.fi before the deadline.

How to return

1. Email info@upeapuu.fi with your order number, the item and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging, and send it within 14 days of your notice.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused and in original condition. You may inspect a product as you would in a shop, but a deduction may be made for any diminished value caused by use.

Return shipping costs

The customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we cover the full cost.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of dispatch. Original delivery costs are refunded when a whole order is returned.

Faulty or damaged items

Contact us right away and include a photo of the item and its packaging. We repair, replace or refund under our warranty terms and statutory liability.

Made-to-order and personalised items

Products made or personalised to your specification (for example engravings and corporate gift batches) are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they are faulty.

Natural variation in wood

Wood is a natural material. Small variations in grain, tone and finish are part of each piece and are not defects.
